Here,we go...

6) Socotra (Republic of Yemen)

It is considered as the most biodiverse place in the Arabian sea with it alien- looking.

7) The Great Dune of Pyla ( France)


It has 3km long, 500m wide and 100m high of dune which surrounded by forest along it. 

8) Meteor Crater (United States)

It is a meteorite impact crater approximately 43 miles (69 km) east of Flagstaff, near Winslow in the northern Arizona desert of the United States.

9) Mount Roraima (Venezuela,  Brazil and Guyana)

 It is a tabletop mountain with sheer 400-metre high cliffs on all sides.On top of it,it rains almost every day and washing away most of the nutrients for plans to grow and thus,it create a unique landscape on the bare sandstone surface.

10) The Door to Hell ( Turkmenistan) 

It is a locaresidents at the nearby town of Darvaza have dubbed it, is a 70 meter wide crater in Turkmenistan that has been burning continuously for 35 years.

We are living in blissfulness of  a world that contain of indescribable of beautiful places.Not everyone including me has an opportunity to visit the all places around the world...
So,here I share 10 amazing pictures that I found in some websites....
1) GuaĆ­ra Falls ( Brazil- Paraguay border) 


The largest waterfall on earth. 1,750,000 cubic feet of water fell over this waterfall each second on average.

2)Iceberg B- 15 ( Antarctica)

It was a largest iceberg and had an area of 3100 km2 which larger than the island of Jamaica.

3) Don Juan Pond (Antarctica) 

It is the salties body of water in the world.It is a small lake, 100m by 300m and on average 0.1m deep.However, it is so salty which the temperature at the pond drops to as low as -30 degree Celsius and it never freezes.

4) Rotorua ( New Zealand)

It is a city on the southern shores of the lake in New Zealand.The city is known for its geothermal activity with a number of geysers.

5) 83-42


It is believed to be the northernmost permanent point of the land on earth.It is tiny with only 35m by 15m and 4m high and it is about 400 miles from the north pole.

Have a LONGER live!

 "I don't want to achieve immortality through my work...I want to achieve it through not dying."-Woody Allen, an American entertainer.

Everybody wishes to have a longer live.They want to enjoy the life endlessly as they say "There are many things I wish I can do in my live".Well,I do!I want to get everything that I wish to have and at the same time going somewhere that I never been before.
Doing all those things indeed requires TIME which means having a longer live.How to live longer?
Here are some info which can help us having a longer live...
1) It begins with our attitudes.Our way of thinking actually can influence on how long we live. Researchers in Rochester, Minn found that optimistic people decrease their risk of early death by 50% compared to those who leaned more towards pessimism.So, let's have positive thinking, peeps!

2) Quit smoking also can help us leading a longer live.Smoking actually major factor of contributing to lung cancer and the mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette we smoke can increase  heart rate and blood pressure.Then, it cause the straining of our heart and blood vessels.Please stop smoking for the sake of our bodies, people!


3) Get laughing is like a mini- workout to ourselves as it lower the level of stress hormones and increase the activity of the body's natural defensive killer cells and antibodies.Dr William Fry, a cardiologist in United States discovers that 100-200 laughs are equivalent to 10 minutes of jogging or rowing. A great discovery,isn't it? So,let's laugh more often people!

4)Get an enough sleep can increase one's life expectancy.A research carried out in United States by a group of psychiatrists found that people who get only six to seven hours sleep a night live longer.People who sleep less than four hours a night shown to have a SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER DEATH RATE.

5)Exercise regularly can less chance of developing coronary heart disease heart disease and males are having more chance to get heart attack compared to females.A researcher, Dr Ken Cooper of the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research in United States mentioned that people in the lower 20% of fitness were three times more likely to die prematurely than the fittest group.Let's walk,run,jump peers!

Let's begin a GOOD day!

Do you that the beginning of the day will affect the whole day?But, how to start a good day?Here, are several tips on how to start a good day...

  • Before going to bed, arrange and plan your daily plan.By doing this, your plans will be organised and you are able to focus better on the list to be done every morning.

  • Get the enough sleep by going to sleep early and make sure that this step would be your practice for your daily lives.Enough sleep would make you wake up refreshingly and has a momentum to start the day.

    • Do stretching after waking up which only takes for 5 minutes.Stretching will keep the flexibility of our bodies as well as prevent ourselves from tiredness.By doing this more often, you'll find that you feel healthier and fresh to work for the whole day.
    • Do not ever skip your breakfast!Breakfast is the most important meal which provide energy and overall good health for us.The menu for breakfast also should being planned at night so that you will have an enough time to prepare for.At the same time, the meal should be nutritious and balance according to our dietary plans.
    So, let's begin our good day by following these quick tips...
    Get a tight sleep, then you will wake up refreshingly...
